Thiruvananthapuram, under Kerala University, and went on to complete her postgraduate
degree (PG) in January 1990 from KMC under Mangalore University. Dr. Naseema joined
KMCT Medical College on May 5, 2022.
She is registered with the Travancore Cochin Medical Council under Registration Number
13295.
Dr. Naseema has contributed to several research publications, including:
1. An interesting case report on obstructed labor with prune belly syndrome
2. Study of oligohydramnios and perinatal outcome in term pregnancy
3. Comparison of effectiveness of mifepristone-misoprostol combination versus mifepristone-
Foley EAS combination in second-trimester pregnancy termination

She holds membership in the prestigious medical professional organization, Indian Medical
Association (IMA).
Her career includes medical residency at Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode, followed by
academic roles as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the same institution. She
was later promoted to Professor at Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode, and is now serving as
a Professor at KMCT Medical College Hospital, where she continues to impact the lives of
students and patients alike with her knowledge and dedication.
