Dr. Arun joined KMCT Medical College Hospital on 5th October 2020. He is registered with
the Travancore Cochin Medical Council under registration number 43379.
He is an active member of the Kerala Orthopaedic Association and the Indian Medical
Association. Dr. Arun has received several advanced training certifications in orthopaedic
techniques, including an Advanced Rotator Cuff Repair Cadaver Course in July 2024
(Chennai), Virtual Arthroplasty Fellowship on Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty by Sunshine
Bone and Joint Institute in 2023, and multiple training programs in minimally invasive spine
surgery, endoscopic surgery, and spine surgery in 2023 (Mumbai). He also completed an
online training program in Primary Care Rheumatology in 2023.
His participation in several key conferences highlights his dedication to continuing medical
education. He has attended state conferences such as KOACON (2019, 2020, 2024), KMCT
Ortho Con (2022, 2024), POTCON (2022), and a CME on Shoulder Key Basics (2022). He
has also participated in national conferences such as the CME at Manipal, Pune Knee
Conference 2023, and ARTHROCON 2023 (Calicut).
Dr. Arun began his medical career with a residency at MES Medical College,
Perinthalmanna, and has served as an Assistant Professor both at MES Medical College and
KMCT Medical College Hospital, where he continues to share his expertise with students and
peers.
