Dr.Aswathi Vinod completed her BDS & MDS (Oral and maxillofacial surgery )from KMCT DENTAL COLLEGE, she has been a part of our institution since 15 years.Dr Aswathi Vinod secured KUHS UNIVERSITY PG 2nd rank for the year 2018.

Completed Bridge Courses on Experimental Techniques, Spectroscopic Characterization, Nanosized Structures, and Advanced Cell Biology at the National Institute of Technology, effectively bridging the gap between the medical field and materials science technology. Resource person for  “Advanced Entrepreneurship And Skill Development Program On Advanced Materials For Affordable Healthcare”  2023 held at National Institute of Technology, Calicut on the topic “Application of Newer Material for Affordable Dental Practice”.Received Grant of Rs 8,50,000/-  from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology-TIMed -2023 for an ongoing project on natural dyes .

She has represented our institution and was the guest speaker in World dental conference held at Malaysia in the year of 2019. There are several guest lectures to her credit at various other institutions like Shiva Ayurvedic MedicalCollege&Hospital , IDA Malabar branch ,govt vocational colleges for dental Assistants etc. Passionate in teaching and developing her clinical learning skills.She is also currently pursuing PhD at National institute of technology, Calicut.
