Dr. Chandramathy K. is a highly experienced Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and
Gynaecology at KMCT Medical College Hospital, bringing over 24 years of expertise to her
role. She completed her MBBS in January 1987 from Govt. Medical College,
Thiruvananthapuram, affiliated with Kerala University.
She pursued her postgraduate degree
(PG) in October 2004 from Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode, under Calicut University, and
earned her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology (DGO) in 1996 from Kasturba Medical
College, Mangalore, affiliated with Manipal University.
Dr. Chandramathy joined KMCT Medical College Hospital on July 3, 2023. Her medical
registration is with the Travancore Cochin Medical Council under Registration Number
16032.
She has contributed to several publications, such as:

ten years in a tertiary care teaching institution

Her active memberships include in Indian Medical Association (IMA), Federation of
Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), and in the Indian Menopause
Society (IMS). She has attended 15 national and one international conference, keeping herself
updated in her field.
Dr. Chandramathy’s career includes her residency at Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode,
followed by roles as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor at the same
institution. She now serves as a professor at KMCT Medical College Hospital, continuing her
expertise in education, clinical practice, and research.
