Dr. Adheela Nusrin K. K. is a Senior Resident in the Department of ENT at KMCT Medical College Hospital. She completed her MBBS in 2013 at Kanyakumari Government Medical College, Nagercoil, and earned her MS in ENT in 2023 from KMCT Medical College Hospital, Kozhikode.
Dr. Adheela joined KMCT Medical College Hospital on 5th August 2020 and is registered with the Travancore Cochin Medical Council (TCMC) under registration number 50816.
She has made early contributions to medical research, with notable publications in international journals, including:
1. A study on olfactory improvement assessed with butanol threshold test in chronic rhinosinusitis patients after FESS at a tertiary care centre in Malabar region.
2. Appearances are deceptive: a case report on subcutaneous dirofilarial granuloma mimicking a thyroglossal cyst.
Dr. Adheela won 2nd Prize in the PG Quiz Competition at KENCON 2022. She is also a member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA). Her work experience includes serving as a Junior Resident at KMCT Medical College Hospital, where she currently holds the position of Senior Resident.
